However, the staff can be hit or miss - either they go all out with great service and management oversight, or they are aloof and seem to reserve their best efforts for customers who order from Papa John's. Some people may enjoy this kind of treatment, but I just want a friendly greeting and a hot pizza.
Today, Luis, the pizza maker, was the only cook at the restaurant. I was impressed to see how hard he worked to maintain orders for everyone. Dominos is fortunate to have such a dedicated worker like him. Luis is truly an asset to the company. Thank you, Luis.
The new Hawaiian pizza at this restaurant is fantastic! They also gave me a voucher and helped me save some money. When I inquired about getting some parmesan cheese, I was informed that they only had shaker parmesan available for an extra charge of $1.99, with no individual packets. Who doesn't have parmesan packets? Seriously, Domino's is on its way.
This place is terrible to offer any kind of decent service. I order my pizza for delivery by the app and 9 times from 10 there is a kind of problem. recently, ordering from the app at 19:30 o'clock and not an update on the tracker when I realized that it is now 8:30 o'clock. I call to get a status update and was told that there were 2 submissions before me and that there would be another 20 minutes before my order comes in the many. I don't even like to come online and leave reviews, but I've been running too often out of geduld for this place to not give others a head what to expect when I order from here. I can't complain about eating, it tastes like any other dominos, but man, who try and get tribulations that eat is too much to keep the order of this place.
Food is delicious. But I ordered car side and even though it said ready no body came to my car for like 10 minutes and I had to go inside. Then they forgot my sauce and drink until I told them and then they tried to give me the wrong drink. I wish I hadn’t paid online cause I tipped 25% and I would not have if I knew the kind of customer service that would be provided
