Callejas Cakes - Kerman

We loved this banana nut cake. They are friendly, fast, and the price was very reasonable. They have beautiful cakes and tarts and cookies. We look forward to ordering from them.

I ended up ordering 2 cakes. A moon cake and a small smash cake. I ordered both of them to be a 3 leches cake. But when I cut into it. It indeed was not a 3 leches, both cakes were sooo dry! There was more frosting than then the actual cake. The smash cake was broken from the bottom. I called so i can have a refund. Atleast half for what I paid for. I paid $150 for both cakes and was not satisfied with what I got back. I spoke to the women in charge there and she tried gas lighting me saying that I was already informed that they could not do the smash cake into a 3 leches cake. Supposing she were telling the truth, my moon cake was also not 3 leches. She refused to give me a refund and said she would only give me credit for that error. As for the broken smash cake she said that I should of gone back and took them the cake so she could replace it. It was a 20 min drive from my location to their shop. Plus they were already closed. Obviously from this experience, I didn't want the credit because I won't be returning to them. I used to buy cakes from them years back, but the service and the cakes itself aren't as good as they used to be. Would not recomm

I use to love this place, unfortunately it hasn't been the same, Since the last time I order a tres leches cake all they gave me was a dry cake full of frosting!! Wouldn't recommend..

Well were do I start, I picked up some cake samples but they were pretty much just frosting when I asked the owner about it he said it is what it is...they're free. I was willing to pay for the samples but not anymore they just lost all my business I hope none of you get treated as poorly as I did. Bad business!

The owner did not care to help me when i was unhappy with cakes they made. He would not even allow me to speak to him about how i was serviced. Used to be great cakes, but unfortunately the quality and quality service has gone down. Wish they could have atleast been more respectful to me and my family.
