Bojangles - Kernersville

Had young family members with us, they are especially about their chicken mac cheese. They ate everything that was a big deal. Restaurant was tidy bathroom in good shape. We were there at noon and could place our order as soon as we got in. The staff was helpful to explain the picture? Level of chicken :

The food was good and the staff was friendly. Also kept clean. I got the grilled chicken salad and my fiancée and daughter got the fried chicken dishes. We were all satisfied.

Paid for a 12 piece and received and 8 piece meal. Mashed potatoes and (no) gravy. They?re also skimping on portion sizes now. Disappointing! This location has its problem.

First time going to this chain. The food was pretty bad, generally speaking. Worse than other chicken chains. The breading on the chicken was hard and voluminous compared with the chicken inside. The biscuit was good, but you can tell there shouldn't be so much salt in it.

Food wasn't good, I don't just mean it didn't taste good enough, I mean I had to throw out my biscuit after noticing it tasted wrong and there was some weird black liquid you can see in the attached picture. We were also missing part of our order, but couldn't address either issue with our order, since door was locked and drive thru line was around building. We gave up on this place, at least this location.
