Waffle House - Kernersville

First I love waffle house; but not these. I know to expect a waiting period, but I went and was the only person waiting for it while all the tables were full. a table left, no one has deleted it or sat me. a few left, no one has deleted it or sat me. Finally, after about 45 minutes, the only person waiting there and a mostly empty restaurant with nothing considered dirty tables, the staff decided to take a break from the chat in the middle to smoke a zigarette back. I'm gone. this is after the last time, where my basic order, no special requests, was grounded 3 times.

Eating was good and service was friendly, but average. cooking totally forgotten to make my order of a waffel and hashbrowns. my family had eaten their meals before I even got mine.

We went in at 2:30 3:00 a.m. and there were two more tables that have already eaten their food after our arrival. we sat down the drinks we get the food was great and I don't use ketchup in a bottle because it's chilled and then sitting on the table, then it's chilled and back and forth so it tastes sour and I don't like it. so I asked my waitress if she handed out a few ketchup packs she still gave me to catch bottle and I was like no ma’am I can have ketchup packs and she smashed the bottle packed a handful ketchup packs and hit them on the table and went away I told many again and she never even gave me an acknowledgement

Came and sat down, 4 people came in and all were greeted and asked to drink while we were sitting there. We thought we were sitting at the bar? No! A guy went in and within 10 seconds was greeted so we left. Never come back and definitely not recommend everyone if you want decent service at least. What a shame

Wow this was the worst service ever! I will never come back to this waffle house. Where to start ?Only two guests that includes myself in the restaurant. young lady has a rhino nose ring no problem, has a do rag on her head, my table is sticky and she I mean the server takes a cigarette break outside in front of the store sitting on a chair. A customer comes in for a to go order, the young lady again server sit another 30 to 40 seconds smoking her cigarette, comes in and DOESN'T WASH HER HANDS!!! Starts taking the customers order. That's when I had to go! Most cold or upset stomach come from food born illness AND NOT WASHING YOUR HANDS!!!
