Wendy's - Kernersville

I had the 2 for $5 spicy chicken sandwiches without the bun. One was really good and the other was so so.

Sat in drive through for 45 min to be given an old chicken sandwich, cold fries, and cheese on on a sandwich that was ketchup and lettuce only. Was told to park and that it would be 4 min. 10 min later I had to go inside for my corrected, fresh food. Whoever the manager was on the evening on 10 2 2020 needs to be replaced. Workers just standing around and no sense of urgency. Former Wendy?s Manager

This place is terrible. We live a short distance away, so it would be very convenient....if they could only get things right....ever. Every so often we try them again thinking maybe they got their act together or hired better workers. No. They still do horrible and it is quite the ordeal to get them to fix it. Go anywhere else, you will be much happier.

Food from a fast food joint NEVER comes the way the picture looks. I get that, but this is sad and disappointing. Really?

The dining area is clean. The cashier could demonstrate better customer service skills. He needs to not be so street like and more professional. The food was hot and fresh!
