Dairy Queen (treat) - Kettering

This is a great spot to grab some ice, but I wouldn't recommend staying too long as it can get quite humid inside. It feels like being in a steam room.

I ordered a large dipped ice cream cone, but there was no ice cream in it, just a lot of syrup. The cone was covered in chocolate and paper, and when I tried to wipe it off, my hand got covered in chocolate sauce. The staff seemed more concerned about the mess than providing good customer service. Overall, it was a bad experience.

At 5:39 pm on 1/15/22, I went to the door of the restaurant with my son to place an order. A rude girl accompanied by two others informed me that they were closing and would return in half an hour. She mentioned that she had to leave quickly and get a Covid test. I did not engage with her and simply left. I was confused as to why she felt the need to be so rude and provide unnecessary information that I had not asked for.

A great place for simple food, and so many types of wonderful ice cream treats. They have a classic original banana split, with the old school toppings of strawberry, hot fudge, and pineapple!

Foods ok but way over priced. Great ice cream ? friendly staff. People outside at the sitting area seem to ruin it. You have teens and people just hanging around when your trying to enjoy with your family. Inside is clean.
