Domino's Pizza - Key Biscayne

Cesar delivered exceptional service over the phone today. Ordering food while we were at a state park in Key Biscayne was quite challenging, but he was accommodating, friendly, and very professional. He even mentioned that his driver could meet me at the park entrance. I give him 5 stars and truly appreciate it!

I had an amazing experience! Everything was just right—the order arrived earlier than expected, the pizza was hot and made exactly as I requested, and the delivery driver was really friendly. I highly recommend this place!

UPDATE: so, the store owner Cesar got in touch with me after I contacted Domino's corporate with the complaint. He acknowledged the issue with his store manager not being properly trained and offered a full refund plus a free pizza. Happy tosee people owning their mistakes and doing all they can to make it right, so I'm updating the review. ____ Stay away. Storemanagement doesn?t honor Dominos satisfaction guarantee. You never tried to deliver my order. Stay away or at least don't order with a credit card because you even have to fight to get a refund.
