Julia's Midtown Cafe - Feedback

Only had an ice cream. But it was good. Only noticed hard ice cream don't know if they have soft service ice cream or not. Friendly service.

Food was decent. Not great but better then expected. Owner was very friendly. I'm sure we will order from here again.

Have tried to visit this place 3+ times. Closed on Sundays. Went on a Saturday at 11:30. Closed. If you want to sell food, you need to open on a regular basis....
