Warm chocolate milk, bad customer service. My family won’t be back.

At the restaurant, Breakfast was Very Good dinner was ok but for the waiter the last night on 09/13 on the outside covered patio was terrible, he found in necessary to argue with me when I told him that he did not bring me blue cheese dressing and it was clearly creamy Italian, he tells me that's the only blue cheese dressing that they have... I ate dinner at the PH the night before and had blue cheese dressing on my salad and it was really good thick tasty blue cheese dressing. The guy with the long black hair that likes to play with his hair while being a waiter as he argues with the customers should be Taught what Not to do. Thanks

Stellar location as Mount Rushmore us roughly 10 minute drive, and only 3 minutes from Keystone. Rooms were comfortable and service was great. The best part about the stay was the restaurant within the Lodge, had some of the best food we have ever had. We ended up getting dinner there every night of our trip. Highly recommend Powder House for your stay and/or dining if you are traveling to the Black Hills

The manager at front desk for the restaurant sucks. he’s rude and lies to the customers. i can’t say about the food because when we questioned as to why we were still waiting after 20 minutes and he didn’t like it, he asked us to leave.

According to Hotels.com, this property accepts pets, but upon arrival, I was informed of a no-pet policy. I was then told I should have booked directly with them, and that they attempted to contact me beforehand, though I received no such call or email. To add to the inconvenience, the signal at the property is poor, and when I asked to use the Wi-Fi to find alternative accommodations, I was denied access because 'it 's only for staying customers '—despite the fact that I had already paid for the room, making me a customer. This is clearly false advertising, and I was treated with unnecessary rudeness simply because I have a pet.
