Restaurant presses unfriendly on the phone unprofessional and super!

Very tasty, crispy and fresh. as always

I waited 3 hours I was told that it should be there in 10 min after 3 1/2 hours I then got the message that the restaurant canceled the order?

Waiting time in order. instead of rough xao chay I got php xao chay with tofu. you can consider as small mistakes, but should not happen after my opinion.
