We booked a hall, confirmed everything, and made a payment, but just one day before the event, they called to say there was a mix-up and that people were already scheduled for our date. We had to urgently look for a new venue and inform our guests, among other things. This almost derailed our event. I could overlook this that once, but it's happened several times now. Service: 1

Nothing has changed in this café for many years. The old interior and the prices are disappointing.

It's a quiet place with fairly tasty food. The service is good, and there's usually not a long wait. You can order food in advance, which is very convenient, especially during lunch hours. However, one of the biggest drawbacks for me is the smell of the kitchen that lingers in the dining area. My hair and clothes tend to absorb the kitchen odors quite a bit.

Everything was good at first, but then the staff stopped greeting us. After that, I found a long hair in my salad, and they claimed we must have put it there ourselves. The staff is awful; they constantly have unhappy expressions and don't know how to communicate. It's a mystery where they are trained. I've lost all desire to return to this establishment. You urgently need to change your staff!

The food was not tasty at all. We ordered chicken kebabs with rustic potatoes and grilled vegetables. The kebabs were overcooked and the potatoes were just three cold, unsalted pieces. The vegetables were also unsalted, making the dish quite unpleasant. The stew with vegetables lacked salt and pepper; it was just bland. The only highlight was the fruit tea, which was the best thing on the menu.
