On August 20, 2023, at 12:40 PM, I went in with my son to order some rolls to take out. However, we were not allowed past the door and were told they were closed. They don’t work on Sundays at 12:40 PM. We've visited this place several times before because of the quality, but now I doubt we'll return. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

Very tasty, quick, and inexpensive compared to Moscow, with a great location on a pedestrian street.

We stopped in Maykop and spotted this restaurant on our maps in advance. Since we were in a hurry and didn’t want to wait for our order at the café, we placed our order through the app beforehand. Upon arriving, we decided to buy some desserts, drinks, and have a light snack there. However, the waitress informed us that we couldn’t consume our takeout order in their café. The administrator, Svetlana, suggested that we pay an additional 500 rubles. We explained that we were planning to place an additional order because the kids wanted something to drink and to try the desserts. Nevertheless, Svetlana insisted that we either leave or pay the 500 rubles for the order we had just received. I believe this situation reflects a lack of customer focus and disrespect towards guests, which ultimately ruined our mood.

The location is excellent, and the food is great. I tried sushi and khachpuri pie, and also pizza. I liked all of that. The prices are a little high, but they are worth it, and the quantities are large. The place only needs air conditioning in the summer Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
