Basta Pasta - Kherson

It used to be a good place! Not anymore. Food quality is very mediocre. Salads were horrible! Pizza was ok. Also they don’t have reservations.

I had a very bad experience. I ordered a main dish of pork with mashed potatoes, together with a side dish with 150gr of french fries. All I got was a main dish with very dry pork that is quite a lot smaller then on the menu with some fries that was less then 50gr. The side dish of french fries was on menu as 150gr. However the worst thing was that they charged both dishes for the full price on the bill. What a rip off. Complaining is useless as the waiters don't speak English. I tried and the waitress had no idea or clue why i was upset at all. I payed my bill and it will be the last time I visit that place. At least the Heineken pint taste as Heineken and that is the only good words i can write about this place.

Quality of food and service 5 of 5! Beautiful interior

The restaurant is nice, but the food does not really taste Italian (living in Vicenza, Italy for 2 years apart from the US Army. Vicenza is 20 minutes from Venice and two hours from Milan. I ordered 3 dishes to return to my hotel (pasta with shrimp and salmon, pasta with chicken and mushroom, and a large margarita pizza with mushrooms and shrimps). The cook forgot to add shrimps to my pizza. The next day while in the area I informed the waitress. First, the waitress said I should have told them yesterday when I came back to my hotel by Viber, I asked to talk to a manager. The waitress came back 5 minutes later and said the manager left the premises. Tge waitress offers me 46 UAH (costs of shrimp that should be on the pizza. Roughly $1.64). Overall, the pasta was fine, although not Italian, but the pizza tasted mix. The atmosphere is comfortable and well maintained. There are always many people here. I think that at least 50% of American English employees speak.

Food is delicious. Personell is kind. Be careful, parts are really big.
