Bidra med feedbackI called early the day and left a message that requested reservations. My call was returned immediately and we have reservations for the following day, Friday, for two... no problem! I'm glad my call came back. We sat at the counter, very beautifully decorated, very clean, quiet beach feeling. We ordered many different articles and loved everything. So beautiful, fresh and tasty, excellent service, so friendly and prompt. A very warm, welcoming and comfortable place. This is a really excellent sushi restaurant, not a trendy everything you can place. The cook is very talented and his wife (server) is amazingly polite and an excellent server and support for the cook. Parking was not a problem, although the places are small, toilets available and disabled accessible. Make sure to ask the market price before you order these items when you see costs....You might be surprised by a very expensive university.
Great food, great quality, great service. Very recommended for some real sushi. make reservations.
Not all sushi is created equal and this is some of the best I've ever had. The chef put together a beautiful arrangement and assortment of sushi, all with outstanding quality and attention to detail while his wife artfully arranged everything for a memorable birthday meal with family. We're looking forward to our next visit!
I really love sushi but I never had a particular favorite restaurant because everything tasted the same UNTIL I stepped into this cute little gem located in Kihei. Okay, I didn't even look at the menu and I already loved the place from the start. The owners (husband and wife) decorated/designed everything themselves. ARTISTS! It's just the two of them running this little restaurant that makes you feel like you're inside their own home. The wife is so sweet! Now.. the sushi just solidified my decision to call this my favorite sushi place. It's so fresh. The attention to detail and quality was outstanding. I don't want to spoil the rest for you... You have to go there and experience the beauty of authentic sushi!! Coming back here again... When I have the money. P.S. I never write reviews but I had to for this place, because, who wouldn't?!
The best Omakase I've had, in it's simplest form. I've had Omakase around the world ranging from just about 65SGD in Sg to about $250 in NYC. In all these cases, the Omakase were pretty good but the ingredients were also a bit fusion-y or fancy. The 12 piece Omakase here is only $48 and it's a steal at this price. It was just the fish and the rice but it was so FRESH that it made all the differencelike I said, Omakase at it's simplest but best form The establishment is run by a couple and gives a very cozy feel. Highly highly recommend the Omakase.
