The Pride - Kildeer

This is a fantastic spot for picking up a quick snack or filling up my tank. I've always had a great experience here, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. They're always willing to help out, which makes visits enjoyable.

This is a great BP gas station with a large number of pumps. The prices are usually reasonable, but it's a good idea to check Gas Buddy for the latest updates. Gas prices in this area can fluctuate significantly, sometimes varying by as much as $0.50 per gallon at stations just a few miles apart. There seems to be a pattern between this station and those near Ill Route 83 (Old McHenry Road) and North Arlington Heights Roads; when one station has lower prices, the others tend to be higher. This station often competes well with Costco, especially if you have a BP Rewards card or a Sam's Club credit card. I typically only purchase gas here, so I can't speak to the service. However, the congestion at the pumps can be frustrating during peak times, and some pumps are noticeably slow for reasons I don't understand.
