Whataburger - Kilgore

The food was delicious, and the DP shake was outstanding! The staff was friendly, but the service time was a bit slow, especially considering there were only two people ahead of me.

Honestly, this visit has restored my faith in Whataburger. After consistently having disappointing experiences at various locations, whether it was due to service or other issues, I decided to give this one another shot. Mr. Morgan Alex assisted me with my order, and we had a great conversation; he was a very friendly young man. My order arrived quickly and hot—I barely waited more than 3 to 5 minutes before my food was brought to me. Everything I tasted was delicious. I was so tempted to order more, but the $13 price tag and the size of my appetite were the only things holding me back. It's crazy to think that the honey-grilled chicken strip sandwich has gone from $8 in 2015 to $13 in 2022. Nevertheless, I definitely plan to return to this location, and I will update my experience if it changes or remains the same.
