Kill Devil Grill - KILL DEVIL HILLS

The staff here is incredibly friendly! Our server was so knowledgeable about the extensive list of specials and made us feel right at home. The food came out quickly, but the highlight was how delicious it was! (In the picture, you can see the grilled shrimp over angel hair pasta and the grilled swordfish on cheesy grits topped with salsa. For dessert, we indulged in key lime pie and apple crisp.)

I don't usually write reviews, but I was truly impressed with this place. We stopped in to grab some food to take to Jockey's Ridge State Park, and the service was excellent. Our order was taken promptly, and the staff even asked if we wanted water or something to drink while we waited. The bar staff in the front area was fantastic and very accommodating. They kept us updated on the status of our order and refilled our drinks, making us feel genuinely welcome. The front bar area, with its charming and well-preserved diner car vibe, added to the experience. Overall, I was very pleased with our time there.

Fantastic food, delicious drinks, and exceptional service! Our server, Nicole, was outstanding—friendly and very knowledgeable. We started with the special appetizer, the smoked salmon dip, which was delightful, and then moved on to the crab cake platter that had me doing a happy dance after just one bite. We couldn’t resist ending our meal with a slice of what is truly the best Key Lime Pie on the planet. There was already a wait when we arrived at 4:45 on a Friday, but it didn't take long, and it was definitely worth it. This is one of the top restaurants I have to visit whenever I travel to the Outer Banks!

Awesome little spot with delicious fresh offerings and the best staff. Loved the music. Appetizers were amazing try the cheesesteak rolls and the spinach dip. You won't regret. Stewart's root beer floats. Tasty cocktails. Loved the fish sandwich(daily offering was tuna when we were here). Family friendly.

Very quick service. I?d read all the great reviews about the steak cheese egg rolls so definitely ordered along with peel n eat shrimp. Both were very good. I personally liked the egg rolls better without the marinara. I topped the meal off with a toogo order of strawberry shortcake they added blueberries. It was delicious. Thanks Cy for a great dining experience
