Shake Shack Kop (inside Mall Foodcourt)

The food is perfect, but the staff is HORRIBLE whenever I go in shake shack in PA going to the desk to order is the worst part, people are mad, impolite and stupid. I rather go to McDonald?s than shake shack, please recruit better people to value the money not only the taste of sandwiches, which is very good, but the costumer experience is very poor!

Shake Shack is usually on point. Today, not so much. My burger was certainly not completely cooked threw the remaining part out. The other burger we had was completely cooked. Also, the drinks were not labeled and had to be remade because they couldn't tell us which was diet and which was regular. Takes 2 seconds to punch the hole on the lid. Lazy.

They have vegan burger, which was a deep fried shrooms and vegan cheese party, which was very satisfying and affordable for vegans population. Their chicken bite is very tasty for kiddos, and crinkles fries are bonus touch.

As with most of KOP mall associates are great, friendly and welcoming. The food tasty, fries not greasy and very good. Burger quite delicious. Know the portions are smaller than I expected.

I gotta say being from the west coast I never thought that there would be a better burger then one you can find at (in and out burger)! I was wrong shake shack killed it for me and it wasn't even close! The only bad thing I can say about it is that the burgers aren't very big so you might need 2 or maybe 3 to get full! Besides it was amazing and I would highly recommend getting the chesse fries also!!
