Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Kingsland

They're cutting corners if they're not interested in getting shut down. Ordered the sausage dinner and ended up throwing it in the trash because 16 hairs were found in it. The chef complained that I placed my order too close to closing time. Will never dine here again.

The brisket was dry and flavorless, reminiscent of boiled meat with no seasoning. It lacked any BBQ flavor and was overall a terrible dining experience. This was by far the worst BBQ I have ever had.

I ordered sliced brisket with a side of coleslaw and potato salad, a drink in a yellow cup, and a black taco from a restaurant via Postmates. However, I did not receive the drink or taco even though I was charged for them. I was able to get my money back. Instead, I received chopped brisket which was fatty and average in quality, a hard roll for my meal, potato salad labeled "baked kartoffel salad", and coleslaw that was surprisingly delicious. Overall, I would recommend skipping this restaurant as they seem to be cutting corners and the food is far from what you would expect from a dedicated barbecue restaurant. Save your money and look elsewhere for a better dining experience.

Eating was not good. very little meat in serving and very fat. only had 1 worker tried to do all day

My parents came from Orlando to visit me and my newborn on Saturday the 14th and wanted to get something to eat. We didn't realize Dickey's was closing early at 4 everyday and closed all day Sunday due to being short staffed. My parents showed up after 4 but the staff working ended up taking our order anyways, we really appreciated that. The food is good too, the Carolina bbq sauce is my favorite.
