Little Caesars Pizza - Kingsport

I called to get out. Order ready when promised and everything right. Pizza was delicious. Great experience

I placed a $45.05 order on the Little Caesars app for delivery. When my assigned dasher arrived, the restaurant informed him that my order was handed to the wrong dasher. Another customer ended up receiving my order while their order stayed at the restaurant. I ended up with nothing and 3 hours on hold for support to get my money back because the restaurant refused to remake my food. They told my dasher they can?t remake something that already went out the door, even if it was handed to the wrong person. Don?t you check what you are handing to the DoorDash drivers, there are names on the boxes. I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back and no dinner for tonight.

2 pizzas ordered with toppings. The toppings were a joke, and when I contacted the customer service it was never addressed. Will not be ordering again from here.

Experimented ordering one of my usual pizzas with less tomato sauce. This was the result. The photo is not what is normally advertised. Thirty minutes away, returning was not cost effective. What should a customer do in an instance like this? Hungry, I managed a decent slice. So very disappointing.

You just can't beat this pizza for the price and quality. Always good, consistent pizza, great prices. Love the specials, like the pretzel crust. The crust is one of the best parts of the pizza, and Little Caesars nails it.
