Olive Garden Italian - Kingsport

Great eating, great atmosphere, and very timely to get the food out. had alyssa as server and she was an absolute joy to have, best waitress I had! 10/10 experience.

My first time at olive garden in kimgsport tn was suberb!! Food was absolutely delicious! The server, gregory, was the epitome of what a server should be. Highly recommend.

We have never had such service as we got today. We were seated and the writer didn't even know we were there. He finally got our drink order after we sat there for 25 minutes. Then he got them all mixed up. We didn't think he was ever coming back to take our food order. It took 30 minutes just for the salad to be served. In the meantime several tables that came in after us had been served everything they ordered. It's going to be a long while before we go back. The servers need training. On top of all that it cost us 117.00.

Each visit to Olive Garden is a little more disappointing than the previous visit. They have pared down the menu so none of my favorite dishes are available any longer. The salad on this visit had several pieces of absolutely rotten lettuce in it. And I ordered the steak since none of my pasta favorites are on the menu now and the expensive steak was grizzly. So multiple disappointments on a single visit. My friend wanted to go there for her birthday. So I was stuck.This restaurant needs to review its menu and quality. The service was great. The food was a disappointment...again.

Recently gave my daughter a $50 gift card for anniversary. She and her husband came to eat and were very disappointed. They love Olive Garden, one of their favorite places to eat.They were waiting for their meal and had began to eat bread sticks. 3 of their bread sticks had very obvious mold on the back side, which they discovered upon turning them over...it was not on the front side.They showed their waiter, who in turn brought the manager over. He told them sorry, this should never happen That was it!No offer to give them another meal, a discount or anything, just sorry about that They were very disappointed, and probably won't be back.
