Subway - Kingsport

I was surprised to be charged $4 for meat on my sandwich when I thought it was already included. They seem to upcharge for everything, while other Subway locations offer better prices. I won’t be returning for a sandwich, but I do appreciate that they’re the only Subway that serves broccoli and cheese soup.

I believe that the negative reviews about high prices should be reconsidered. The hospital takes a percentage of the total sales, which does contribute to the higher prices. Would the critics prefer that the hospital didn't receive any support to help it function? It's likely that many of those complaining didn’t raise their concerns with the staff members at the restaurant and chose instead to vent online and leave unflattering reviews. Perhaps they should have a more constructive approach.

I'm currently at the counter, and I have to say, the service is quite disappointing. The server lacks basic customer service skills and comes off as rude and unfriendly. I also noticed that they don't wash their hands and don't put on gloves, even after cleaning up spills from the floor. I think I'll hold off on ordering food for now!
