Bidra med feedbackDrive- they: 13 min wait for big Mac meal. Fries and Mac arrived finally, barely luke
This is a good McDonald's in this location the staff is very courteous, they all seem to be working pretty hard. Every once in a while I crave a quarter pounder with cheese and I'll grab one here. I'm not a Big Mac guy although I used to like them as a kid but they've changed the Big Mac over the years and it doesn't taste anything like it used to. The quarter pounder with cheese is the only burger left that tastes similar to what it used to which is why I still like it.
Typical McDonald’s, but omg this must be one of the slowest locations I have ever stopped at.I was in the drive through for over 30 minutes.I preordered my food on the app so needless to say it tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for the entire 30 minutes I was in the drive through. They have no idea how to work the two drive through speakers, zero order to there madness. It wouldn't have been that bad but after waiting in line for that long I was then sent to the waiting spots only to find out they gave my food to the wrong car.Zero compensation for having to deal with it all.No clue what is going on here.
This visit wasn't much of an experience. I went through the drive thru and only ordered a coffee and 10 PC McNuggets. Hense the low star value on the Atmosphere. Considering that this McDonald's is taking up the slack for another one of their restaurants (it is being renovated at the moment) the drive-thru service was fairly quick. The McNuggets were straight out of the fryer and the coffee tasted freshly made. All in all a good experience.
Was there this morning for a sausage egg mcmuffin and coffee on sale for $4.20 including tax. Good deal I thought until I got my order. The English muffin was stale and hard, made me wonder if the sale is to get rid of all their stale english muffins, stale food should be thrown out, not served. I was really hungry so I did eat the mcmuffin but complained on my way out with the bitter coffee. The employee at the cash apologized, I hope it wasn 't just lip service, corrective action is needed, in other words, start serving fresh english muffins and non bitter coffee. This was not the first time that I got a stale english muffin there and also got a burnt one on one occasion. The coffee was also bitter and bad tasting as I said. I threw it out after I left then went to where I usually go, Tim Hortons where the English muffins are always fresh and the coffee is great. Mcdonalds better improve their quality. What is the definition of quality?, it is conformance to the customer 's requirements I require fresh, not stale english muffins and non bitter coffee. McDonald 's did not conform to those requirements and therefore served me a low quality breakfast. I worked at the A W when I was 16 years old as a cook, they told us not to serve any food that we would not eat ourselves, I never forgot that after 50 years.Gary Cooper
