Tim Hortons - Kingston

The location of the restaurant was convenient as it was near a supercharger. However, our walk to Tim Hortons was not as peaceful as expected. Looking back, I regret not using the drive-thru instead of walking. Despite this, the quality of Tim Hortons' tea, coffee, and food met the usual standards.

Wait 20 minutes in the drive thru, with only 4 cars ahead of me after placing my order. To get to the window ....so whats your order....what....? Didnt get my ordered and left. Wont be back horrible service. This location has went down hill. Its almost as bad as princess and macdonnell when i had the young guy behind the counter tell me to go into the garbage out back when i went in after a comedy show at daft last summer.

I asked for ice water and the tiny old woman with grey hair didn’t give me any cause “I had to pay for the cup first” ??? Never have I ever been refused water at any other location for not “paying for a cup” first. Great to know this location just has old grumpy hags who get paid to refuse to do their jobs? Thanks, great staff attitudes towards customers! Never returning again!

This is the worst Tim Hortons never go here horrible service 10/10 wouldn't

The breakfast wraps were all placed in the same bag without labels, causing us to mix them up. However, the staff was friendly.
