A nice place to eat. Steaks are yummy and you can pick out the steak you want them to cook!
The only thing I liked about my visit here was the waitress and waiters. I slipped on a rug/mat in the womans bathroom and hurt myself. I called the manager who told me he was the owner of this location and he was rude and didn't care I fell then I made a complaint and contacted texas roadhouse corperate relations and for months they dragged on a supposed investigation and I was advised by corperate not to contact a lawyer she would handle it( jaquoline) and she told me I should get to a emergency room to.get checked out so I did and The corperate office said that it was my fault !!!!!!! They won't even pay my hospital bill almost 5000 dollars now I'm in debt for . Texas roadhouse is the most judgemental sad company I have ever interacted with. T Jaquoline didn't know it was my daughter coming in and out of the bathroom way before me she said my daughter was obese in an email I have from her and she told me the day I made my complaint that the rug/mat should not have been where it was and corperate said an employee did a check every 20.mins that's a lie because the rug/mat was in same place never was moved until after I fell. I have never been treated so horrible they made me feel guilty and I am the one who.got hurt. I or my family will never eat there again . So sad and now I will be making more complaints to as many places in nys state that I can since texas roadhouse did this to.me its so.embarresing for me and my daughter have suffered pain from slip and fall and emotionally and mentally messed up because if how I was treated.
My Mom and I have dined here several times over the last year, and it's always been a good experience. We were seated and served promptly, and the food was delicious. On our visit last week, we had THE best waitress, Nicole, who anticipated our requests without hovering or being intrusive. Great staff.
Went to dinner Friday night August 2nd with my brother ans sister in law. We had made an online reservation on our way there and when we arrived we were shown right to our table with no waiting. Our server (Victoria I believe, I am terrible with names and I even asked her again before we left came and did their normal thing by bringing a basket of rolls with their signature cinnamon butter. I myself do not care for it so I asked for some real butter(not margarine. Which she happily brought right back to me. She then took our drink orders. I do not drink soda, or water, and it was too hot for milk so I asked if they had any V8 or tomato juice. She said they do not but they do carry a bloody mary mix behind the bar. I said a virgin mary would be great. She apologized and said they do not carry and virgin drinks but would see what she could do. She came back with the virgin mary and said she got special permission to serve it. (It was actually perfect and hit the spot. A little cold, spicy, and salty. She then took our food order. My brother in law and I ordere the Denver fillets, me 8 oz him 12 oz. Both cooked medium. When they were brought to the table my brother in law was a little surprised at how thin the steak was. The next time she came back he expressed his concern to her. She explained because he wanted it medium the steaks are so thick that they butterflied it to make it cook more evenly. We were very impressed her knowledge and professionalism. She is definitely an asset to your business. She made the entire meal more enjoyable. She is definitely a keeper. Due to the amount of business in the restaurant we did not bother the manager to gove the praise she deserved on our way out, but that was a solid 9.5 on the way to have a great meal with great customer service.
