Warm little cozy ambiance. The food was excellent however portions are very small. We went there using a Gustazos coupon; many of the items that were suppose to be served were out of stock which came off a little unprofessional however, the good customer service and great food simmered our disgrutledness. I would visit again without using a coupon and make a better judgement then.

The waitress was really nice and warm and made me feel at ease. On the other hand, a lot of the menu items were not available which made it difficult to choose from the now very limited menu. Overall it's a cozy space but they need to upgrade the place in a number of ways

Nice ambience but, their beef was not thoroughly cooked, hence it was chewy. I overheard another customer found a caterpillar in her salad . Workers had to be covering the bar and serving, hence the wait time to be served took a while. It's a cozy Instagram worthy place but the food could be better, by Marinating it in some herbs and spices in my honest opinion.

My first and last time. Granted this experience was introduced through Gustazos, but I'd be disappointed had I deemed to spend more. The communication or lack of is abysmal. I sent a message on Instagram Wednesday and placed an order at 11:30am. No response as at Tuesday of the following week. I placed an order at 11:39 am and was given a pick up time of 1:30 pm. At 1:32 I was informed they never received my order. (see screenshot attached) I wasn't served until 2:11 pm and it still wasn't what I ordered. Enough of that, on to the food. I spoke to someone who assured me the pics on the IG page are theirs and of the actual product. See pic attached, hot dog roll. Not sub roll nor hoagie. I searched diligently (I promise) for the cheese, in the Philly Cheese Steak. My two stars are for the potato wedges and the portion size of the slaw.

A great new addition to the New Kingston dining scene! The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I did have a minor issue with the soup, but I believe it was just due to the high volume of customers that night. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
