I tried talking myself out of going to begin with because my orders are never correct anytime I go to this location, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt decided I’d take another shot at them.For one I ordered cheese tots they came out with chili on them. The carhop did go fix that for me, but in the meantime I checked my sandwich that was supposed to be no mayo it had mayonnaise on it so I clicked the button told her she said their ticket didn’t say that. I pulled up my receipt that in fact did show I clicked no mayo. Instead of giving me what I paid for ordered she told me she was going to have to charge me. Like it was my fault there was an issue with their system? Her name was Johanna I believe. I tried giving her the sandwich back she told me she couldn’t take my food back. Well first off, it’s not my food because it’s not what I ordered on my end I have proof that it’s not. I sat on this just about all day realized how poorly the customer service was.On top of it all I worked at sonic for YEARS never treated my customers that way. You don’t charge someone for something again because your system didn’t show what was ordered correctly.Attaching proof. If I could give negative stars I would! I work in the service industry still til this day you just don’t treat customers that way especially when they have proof of what they ordered.
Wait 15 minutes to have my order taken, have to go up and bang on the glass because apparently not getting orders with vehicles in the stalls is completely normal. Finally take the order and wait over 25 minutes for the food. Only for the order to be wrong, and the employees to be rude. Can safely say I will never come back and hopefully no one else ever goes here again either.
Worst sonic I have been to. Tiny breakfast burrito I didn't order the junior. Barely any eggs and meat in the burritos and they were cold. Cheese not melted at all. Terrible.
My chicken was raw in middle girl didn't give me a receipt and she wouldn't give me a refund horrible experience
Please sonic just close this place. I've tried going 5 times in 2 years. Waited THIRTY minutes each time and pulled off empty handed. This can't be a profitable location because it's never busy when waiting forever. Close up so something good can take your place.
