Bidra med feedbackI called back because the fries tasted stale. The manager, whose last name is Cooper, was very rude on the phone and told me to come back and get a fresh order at 10:30 PM. I explained that I live over 10 miles away and that I wouldn’t be able to return; I’ll handle it tomorrow instead. Managers need to show more professionalism when dealing with customers.
