Dairy Queen - KINGWOOD

I used to love Dairy Queen, but this particular location is the worst. The last few times I've been there, they always seem to have an excuse like "the ice machine is broken" when there is a long line of customers waiting to order. On one occasion, after being told the machine was broken, I drove through the window only to see the workers inside laughing at me. It seems like the ice machine at McDonald's works better than the one at this Dairy Queen. I will not be returning to this location again. I also noticed that they don't have a star rating, which is a big red flag for me.

Whenever I have come to this place where I see the workers in the back smoking, but before 2 nights it was something incredible, I think all workers smoke because there were more than 5 people. that disgusted me, they play with the health of publicity, I had to go literally because I don't know if they wash their hands when they come to the restaurant and they will probably say yes, but the truth will never be known. I have put this review because it is a place where food is served, therefore it is a delicate place, personally I will no longer go to this place and the car that was before us in this night was made and abandoned the same decision. *we are in the midst of a pandemic where hygiene is everything

I ordered delivery from this restaurant but was disappointed to find that my extra gravy was missing and that the portion size of my "big fry" was the same as the fries included in my children's meal. It was frustrating to pay extra for no noticeable difference in quantity.

This is our favorite Dairy Queen, but when we arrived there was a long line and we were greeted by the manager. We had to wait for a while and there was no hello greeting. Two people ordered ice cream and the service was a bit slow. When I asked if it would take a long time for our ice cream, the employee confirmed. However, we decided to get some small cakes instead and enjoyed them.

Gave me melted ice creams! Banana splits and blizzard were melting so bad in drive thru that I could pour them out. Manager yelling at everyone including me. Ridiculous! I give fair reviews from all over the world. Embarrassed this was in my backyard. Unprofessional and bad service.
