Dairy Queen - KINGWOOD

I went there on Tuesday this week and had some great burgers! They did a great job! I did not tip them, but should have. $7.00 extra dollars was added separately to my charge without my consent! I would normally have this taken off, but the foodwas great. Probably won't go back again now!

Gave you all another chance. Your kids can't cook. The chicken was dryer than the desert over cooked . My son's hamburger kids meal the hamburger looked like it had been cook 6 weeks ago burnt and hard. They ask if I wanted to replace it no . Why wouldI want more over cooked food. Fries was ok. Ice cream was good but that's all you got going for you. Atleast the old manageryears ago knew what she was doing and trained her kids. Won't let give negative stars but it was a negative 6 on the food. Try harder teach your kids . There is no more chances for food.

I was there tonight, it was very busy. Customer service was excellent. They were very friendly. People are going out to Kingwood instead of Reedsville Dq. Great work for you.

The staff was very nice. The food was pretty fast prepared and it was good. In recent years, Dairy Queen seemed to have fallen on the hill mainly because of the lack of personnel, but this was all good.

Our order was incorrect after waiting in line for 20 minutes. We had ordered 1 hotdog, 2 orders of cheese curds, and 1 hamburger. We returned to give it another try as Dairy Queen had requested. This time we ordered 3 ice creams and it took them 18 minutes.
