I had an important cake order that needed to be perfect. The Google reviews about negative customer service made me thoughtful in how I ordered. I placed it IN PERSON, during a DAY-SHIFT (to avoid getting a part-time teenager), scheduled pick up for a DAY PRIOR to my event, and kept my receipt. I got exactly what I ordered, and the quality was excellent. I will definitely do this again.

We come here very often and the service is amazing, Not only Marble slab is the best ice cream in town but this location goes above and beyond, its always clean and they are super friendly. We LOVE it very much.
