Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - KINGWOOD

Horrible customer service. 2 young girls working were throwing their chapstick and almost hit us, no apologies. Then my son was tripped and accidentally dropped his ice cream so we made him a new one. They charged us all over again even though he hadn?t even had a bite out of it. When asked why they said ?it just depends on if we want to charge?. When asked to explain they just said you can?t expect to get a free ice cream. Place was very messy and rest room was out of order. When my son had to go to the bathroom the girls said ?there is a Starbucks next door?. Will not be returning even though my sons like it.

So pleased with this location! I needed a cake for my sons second birthday and he LOVES frozen yogurt. He MUST eat gluten free and and really appreciated how seriously it was taken. When they weren?t sure about something they let me know and that means a lot!

What a fantastic establishment that supports a significant organization by hosting a fundraiser for Texas Red Horse Ranch! I've shared the news far and wide. I absolutely love this place!

The yogurt is fantastic, and the staff is wonderful! I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely return!
