Papa Johns Pizza - KINGWOOD

We waited 90 minutes for our pizza and when it finally arrived, it was cold. We wasted $50. Do not recommend ordering from this place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This restaurant is a disaster, and so is the so-called manager. We ordered from Eat, which was a mistake in itself because we placed our order at 8:45 and didn't receive it until after 10 o'clock. When I complained to the manager or whoever answered, they blamed the delivery service, but that's not an excuse for serving burnt garlic knots that were almost black. The nerve of that guy to say he can't do anything about it!

I waited for my pizza for over 45 minutes and finally decided to inquire about my delivery. The delivery person informed me that they had left the pizza at the doorstep, but the bell was broken and there was no response. However, when I checked outside, there was no pizza. It turns out they had delivered it to the wrong address and were not very apologetic about the mistake. An hour and 15 minutes later, I finally received my pizza but had to pay full price plus a tip.

Absolutely terrible. ordered online for pickup because I had to go next door also after springex. pj’s website said 35-45 minutes, so went pick up ~35 minutes after ordering. the young lady behind the counter told me they were way behind and would be another 20-30 minutes. saw in my truck waiting on the parking space for 20 minutes, went back to check and she said we were starting right on her pizza. start! an hour after the pizza ordered online they were beginning on our pizza! I can't believe that! I have my refund and never left.

Second time having burned garlic knots. Pizza is amazing!
