The Spaniard - Kinsale

We called in here for some lunch to get out of the rain and had a lovely time! The food was great but the service was even better!! We had a main course and dessert and everything was perfect for all 6 of us! The way the staff looked after us was service you don’t get much these days! Our little boy has Neuro diversity challenges and they were so amazing with him, nothing was too much!! You can’t put a price on that quality of service! Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for an amazing meal!

We stopped over here after reading the reviews. Lovely little pub and the staff were lovely but they don't serve food two days a week so we ended up having a couple of drinks and left to find somewhere else. I've heard the food is good but unfortunately I can rate it on this occasion hence the 4 rather than a 5.

We had lunch and dinner over the course of our stay in Kinsale. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The crab claws were exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Spaniard.

We were visiting Kinsale and had a recommendation to go to the Spaniard. Food and Service was excellent, most of us had fish dishes and they were delicious. Lovely old Spanish style pub. Definitely recommend to try this pub.

French family living permanently locally, we have experienced quite a lot of pub, restaurants in Ireland. Honestly and in full transparency, we wanted to share our great pleasure to eat at The Spaniard . Everything is at top level . That’s the truth: very generous portions, excellent value for money, very efficient service, kind staff. We feel in a family place. We highly recommend to book as the place is both very popular, friendly and diverse . In summary, I would say: do not hesitate We will come back shortly. They deserve.Well done
