Bojangles - Kinston

Food was hot and ready to order! I didn't ask for pickles and that's exactly what I got. The manager was amazing and the cashier was so pretty. I could even work for them! Signs a fully satisfied customer.

On 5/23/2022 I ordered 2 of the sausage biscuit and coffee specials. Knew the price sounded wrong but didn't question it. When went to pick up order, guy had charged me for 4 sausage biscuits and 1 coffee. Lady got it straightened out and gave me the overcharge amount back!! Don't worry we won't be bothering the Bojangles on Vernon Ave. again!! After all that.......no apology or any acknowledgement of error!! Pathetic!!

It was almost time to close so I had to pick something that they had that was already cooked and wouldn't take long to make. I wanted a piece of extra fried chicken but could not get that so had to settle for a chicken sandwich.

I visit this Bojangles regularly as to it is very close to my work. For the most part the staff and environment are nice. The inside of this establishment always appears clean. The only con I have is that the wait times in the Morning are extremely long due to what seems to be staff being under prepared. I feel like you know that people will be stopping on their commute to work for Breakfast so you should be prepared for that.

There was such a long line in drive-thru so I went inside. The service I received inside explained why the line was so long outside. Very poor employee management. Staff seemed like no one knew what their responsibility was. Gentleman in front of me waited a long while. His dine-in order was ready and just sitting there getting cold while staff were tripping over each other. Skinners Bypass Bojangle's has really gone down hill.
