Kings - Kinston

I have experienced the best customer service here, unlike anywhere else. My daughter and I visit at least three times a week just for tea, and we eat there at least once a week. Coco, one of the employees, is outstanding; she goes above and beyond in her service. She's fantastic, and I hope they keep her!

The staff was incredibly friendly. Don't be misled by the restaurant's appearance; the food is delicious! Be sure to arrive early to take advantage of the daily specials. I would definitely dine there again.

The BBQ chicken and pulled pork make this restaurant worth traveling to from Jacksonville. I tried the crowned greens, and they were fantastic—I highly recommend them. The staff was friendly, and our food arrived quickly. The only reason I can't give a full 5-star rating is the banana pudding; it was a bit too creamy for my taste. However, if you enjoy that kind of dessert, you'll definitely love this place. I’ll be coming back!

A terrible meal! I went through today at 1:30. I've never been in a King's BBQ before, and rarely eat pork (I eat Texas beef bbq... confused this pig had great taste, but no red sauce! Ha! My reception says Kristin B, but not sure if that's who helped me so kindly with my pig in a Pup combo order that we decided to have sworn on the side, and was a big end result. I had potato salad on the side with Hush puppies. And went with the standard sweetheart... I usually drink regular iced tea... the kind without sugar. She could have upset herself, but instead she was really helpful. Used that the cradle was diceed, the H.Puppies were white corn, and the pig was 't sown... all part of the experience, and not in a bad way, at all. I like to try different local specialties. The sandwich was fantastic! It was a really great stop on my trip. The sweat (with tea lasted 5 hours... a little Dab 'll do you! I'm really glad I stopped and even shared this photo with several family members, countries gone.

The people are great. Down home people and food. We dined in and came back a couple days later for take out. Lol I want to try everything on the menu. I'll be back
