Beautiful old hotel with lots of character.
A fantastic setting very well placed for trips into Ambleside and trips up into the LangdalesRooms are of excellent quality.
Take advantage of the fixed price lunch menu. Only a few choices but all very nice. The kidneys in maderia were spot on. Formal dining room in keeping with
