Quality Inn Kinston Hwy 70

On Friday December 23,2022 my mother tried to book a room for 2 nights. The receptionist denied us my mom presented 3 things her identification her payment method and herself to book a room which she wanted 2 beds in one room for two nights. The receptionist, said no I can not accept because her picture didn’t match her which is false. He then said “ you aren’t welcome here “ my mother walked out the hotel highly upset I walk in he told me I couldn’t get the room either because that picture don’t match her which is false as many times my mom go to different hotels/motels they accept her picture. I asked what do you mean by we aren’t welcome him he said she don’t look like her photo he then says again “ you people aren’t welcomed here “ I asked for his name and I called corporate immediately. This employee needs to go why say things like that to anyone. We will not come back to this place no more after this experience

The room was clean the hed was comfortable and breakfast was a variety of things so good place to stay. Also they had plenty of towels and pillows which is always a bonus.

It was decent for what we needed and that was just to sleep after a softball tournament. The night check in window was a first for me and made me feel like we were not in the safest of areas. The price was right and included breakfast, so I have no complaints.

Second time we've stayed here. It must have been remodeled recently because the rooms are very nice. They are clean and spacious and very reasonably priced. Our go-to when in the Kinston area.

Very clean hotel. I was empressed at the price and how clean everything was. Also the front desk workers went out of the way to accommodate us. Even the breakfast workers was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.Rooms: Very clean and smelled clean.
