Bidra med feedbackShort staff waited for other customers while I and my daughter waited almost an hour and 30 minutes. no refills on tea while sitting. then she tells us they had only 1 cook, but our food was probably waiting. I understand there's a lack, but the people were waiting for us.
First let me start off by saying my family eats out a lot. And the fact that there is no one wanting to work nowadays and everywhere is short-staffed my experience today was beyond my expectations. I was seated immediately the server (Alexis) got my drinks and Order promptly, the salad bar was fresh with many choices and our food came out hot. Everyone was friendly. the place was clean and I will be back.
I guess they're OK if you're not ordering through door dash. For some reason my order is ALWAYS missing something. Like a whole meal. But the salad bar is amazing!
If a 0 star was an option I would pick 0! I am shocked this place is still open. We tried to give them our business but they had no interest at all to even seat us at a table. The unprofessional sign on the door should say Don?t bother coming in because we don?t want to work! The sign states they cannot seat more than 4 people because they only have one waitress on shift! Wow! Hire some employees and keep your business open!! Oh I forgot it is easy to just blame covid and call it a day! We took our business to Chick-fil-A and they were fully staffed and more than willing to take our money!
People are being accepted in, but with rules due to the pandemic. Sweet tea was sweet: sugar could be tasted. Preference could determine if that is too much. Personally, it's too much for me. Artichoke dip and chips was hot and fresh. Ruby Relaxer was nostalgic, would recommend drink for alcohol. ? Sirloin was fine. Broccoli had a hint of sweet. ?? Mashed potatoes were fine. Only concern is time, but likely because of the rules and the pandemic.
