Emerald City Smoothie - Kirkland

Great smoothies. Nice variety between veggie smoothies and fruit smoothies. They also sell other products such as protein powder, bars etc. The staff there is always very nice. We can also by a large one and have it split into two cups for kids.

Sad that this is the only location with more variety of smoothies. But the smoothies are amazing

I used to go to Plantiful for my acai bowl, and I had kept thinking it was too expensive, until it was gone and so I tried Emerald City for the first time. After blending the acai smoothie, they added a lot of ice cubes to blend it again. Why watering it down? I used to get slices of a whole strawberry from Plantiful, now just a few tiny pieces of diced strawberry, not even a quarter of a strawberry. Same with everything else. Needless to say, it was bland and boring. I get acai bowl wherever I can, here is the lowest quality ever. :

So artificial and gross. Not sure if any of the ingredients are organic, and they put artificial syrup in your drink.

I cannot believe I've lived here for 30 years and never been to ECS! I walked in, and the two employees and I had a good laugh about it. They said I came in at the right time because they're two of the veteran employees. They helped me pick a smoothie based on flavor profile, and what I was looking for as far as nutrition (I needed a lot of protein) and their suggestion was spot on! It's a small little spot right off the Main Street in Kirkland, but it's quiet and full of supplements! Also there is a free parking garage for customers which is awesome.
