Pagliacci Pizza - Kirkland

Well usually Pagliacci is on point. I used to get it delivered all the time in downtown. Unfortunately this location just isn’t as good. As you can see they undercooked my pizza and for forced me to put in our oven to actually get it to a point where it was enjoyable. Along with the really expensive breadsticks which are good but just disappointed with the higher cost you don’t get the better product. Maybe the remodel here is making things hard on the crew. Or maybe they were just having an off day. Edit: Pagliacci reached out about this and made it right. Definitely the way to do business and keep me coming back. Thanks Pizza Pals!

Pizza is always good, but customer service could work something. This afternoon came to no slices available, except the butternut. Asked how long it would be for more discs and the female checkout said 2 minutes and I said I would like to wait so that I stood right in front of the disc case. Maybe a minute or two later. I heard someone who ordered the discs at the checkout that I didn't realize we could do that so I'm in the line. Waited a few minutes in the snake and when I came forward and asked for two pepperoni slices, she said the person before me took only three of the four slices, so she only has one? I don't know why the cashier didn't just tell me I could order in front of the hand while I was sitting there. I thought it's just mean courtesy to wait until the discs are actually before the order. Please work on customer service.

Staff was friendly and helped point me in the right direction for the perfect selection to match my mood. Nonna's pasta is what put a smile on my face. The cream that keeps it from drying out makes the dish something I'll keep coming back for

We?re locals, and Pagliacci is our favorite pizza in Washington. We always get a margarita pizza and the pagliaccio salad. I HIGHLY recommend. This Kirkland location was awesome today. The pizza was sooo good. So perfect. They just went through a remodel and I had to get photos of everything because they did such a great job with the remodel. It looked amazing.

I 'm from Europe and I know how pizza should tastes. It 's not even close to this. And it was burnt, and burnt taste as well. They have only original thick crust. Staff was friendly and nice. Nice and clean interior.
