Bidra med feedbackThe food at this restaurant is fantastic, and the atmosphere is nice. I particularly enjoyed the pork bun, which paired perfectly with the green scallions and pickled onions. Both the Shoyu On Fire and Garlic Truffle ramen bowls we tried were delicious, with chewy noodles and flavorful broth. I highly recommend trying the Ghost Pepper Kimchi as a side with your noodles. However, I believe the restaurant could benefit from adding more vegetables to their dishes to make them more well-rounded and nutritious.
This restaurant is excellent, with a pleasant atmosphere and a central location in The Village at Totem Lake. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Karaage and The Shoyu on Fire (extra spicy) and absolutely loved both dishes. The portion sizes were generous and very filling. I have been to Jinya Ramen before, but this place has won my heart and I will definitely be returning. If they offered the option of adding Chicken Karaage to the Shoyu on Fire, that would earn extra points from me as I am a big fan of fried chicken options.
The restaurant has a very comfortable and professional atmosphere with plenty of lighting. The ramen is excellent, and the menu is simple yet delicious, making it easy to decide what to order. The portion sizes are generous and the spiciness levels are just right. I highly recommend this place.
Visited this place this evening hoping for a delicious ramen experience. Sadly, I found a dead fly in my bowl. Extremely disappointed by the evident lack of hygiene. It's a serious concern that needs immediate attention. Won't be returning anytime soon.
The service was bad at the beginning because the hostess forgot to give us menus and therefore the waitress thought we’d already ordered. She gave a genuine apology when she realized, and the service from then on was pretty good. We did get our starter (broccolini) after our ramen though. The garlic truffle ramen was delicious! The pork was a little overcooked but the broth and everything else was good. I also asked for extra firm noodles and they were perfect. My husband’s ramen (the blaze, spicy tonkotsu) wasn’t as tasty the spice overpowered the other flavors. The broccolini was cooked well with a nice crispy char but there was a little too much sesame dressing on it.
