Broadway Deli At Omni Championsgate

Apart from eating it, it really looked great. we tried, but the man is bad.

Great place. personal very friendly. I wish there was a better choice of bagels or something that was not white. gelato was amazing! sad that they ran out.

I dined at this restaurant almost every morning and it was enjoyable. However, they were very busy and struggled to keep up with our conference group. The wait wasn't too long and the staff were efficient. We consistently bought bakery items, which were always fresh except for our last day there. It's nice to have a more affordable dining option at the resort.

The restaurant had terrible customer service. The people ahead of us were given a frozen pizza, so the staff gave them our pizza instead (which is understandable). However, in the process, they lost our order. They continued serving the customers behind us their orders until everyone else had their pizzas. They never made an effort to locate our ticket and didn't even bother to apologize.
