Chipotle Mexican Grill - Kissimmee

My previous review was incorrect. My wife did not correctly order what she wanted the fault was all hers regarding the burrito bowl

The burrito had a bitter taste from the sour cream and the chicken wasnt seasoned. The chips are stale. chipotle is very inconsistent

I ordered a burrito bowl with pork and a drink at Chipotle this afternoon. I had the free guacamole and queso reward. Tried to redeem it, but the cashier told me it couldn't be redeemed because it had to be a side item. Not true. The reward states that it can be a topping or side. Manager came by. Tried to fix it but I was still charged for the guacamole. Very unhappy. This is the second time I couldn't redeem the reward. Be careful at this location. I was ripped off. Won't

Food was delicious. Somewhat limited options, But enough to not complain. The woman who prepared my bowl was nice e and informative. I mentioned that I can't have spicy and she helped guide me. Nothing was over cooked and portions were plenty. Will be coming back.

The service was fast, and the food tasted delicious. However, EVERY time I have come whether I eat in or get Chipotlane, it's ALWAYS cold. I don't understand how every single time I have ordered the food is cold. I refuse to dine in anymore because I would rather bring it home and microwave it.
