Denny's - Kissimmee

Ordered our food online (big group of people) and then gave our order to someone else, when my wife and I arrived, they did without checking whether the order was correct, and we had to wait another 45 minutes. also they did not get the order right, especially the breakfast of the little children. (4 children) they need better qc in the take-out department or something. the food was in order, but had better than this place somewhere else probably from the fact that they make it again in a hurry because of the negligence 1. times. (gave away our order)

HORRIBLE! I understand telling someone they have a 35 minute wait due to computer issues, no big deal we will wait we understand, but when you repeatedly till us the there is a wait 6 times within 10 mins without us even saying anything while being rude as well that's intentionally pushing customers away. The said server made 5 other groups feel uncomfortable and leave as well, almost indicated she didn't want to work.

Very bad food. Ordered a club sandwich and got a very heavy butter looking like a grilled cheese sandwich. Sent it back and heavy set Afro-American female (waitress) got loud and yelled at the cook. Waited, few minutes and someone different served us. The sampler was also bad, and the sauce for mozzarella sticks was cold, bad taste. Asked for a bottle of water and got a frozen cold bottle with ice. Ended up paying $27.00 and no food. They probably ate the sandwich we didn't eat.

Food for a table of six came fairly quickly. Nothing special, nor nothing out of the ordinary. Just your typical tried and true Denny's. This might sound like neutral review, but it's not. You go to Denny's because you know what to expect every time, nothing fancy. what they do is keep it simple and they are very effective in doing that. All plates were left empty when we were done.

Great food, Great service, Great price. Lisa was out waitress, and she did a fantastic job. She's very responsive and very pleasant. I recommend this restaurant, and when I'm in the area again, I'll definitely come back.
