Experience was horrible. What I ordered did not look like the picture. When I asked if I could change my order I was told no and that it’s my fault that I did not like the meat that was served on my sandwich. I asked how much it would be to switch the meat and was told $4.50. When I asked if I could get my money back and return the food. I was told I could not. That I could take the food or just leave it. I asked if there was a manger available and was told no. I decided to give them the food back cause I knew I wouldn’t eat it. I was super upset because the customer service was trash and they pretty much got paid for a meal for free. SMH. My last time eating here

Best patacon maduro I ever had!!!! Filled with so much flavor. I highly recommend this place. Don't forget to put the added sauces they have available on the counter. So delicious! The papas locas is great too. Decent prices!

Staying in the area for a family reunion/Disney/Legoland trip. I didn't want to waste money on fast food chains all week. I got the Cuban and 2 arepas (1 chicken and 1 shrimp). The shrimp is more like shrimp salad. It was ok but little too much mayo and feta for me. The chicken was delicious! I forgot to get the sauces but, honestly, it was still amazing. I'm not a fan of corn tortillas but this is the best I've had. The cuban could have been slightly crispier (bread got a little soggy toward the end) but it was delicious as well. The meat was so juicy. Great ratio of cheese, pickles and mustard. I didn't know it came with fries and a drink. The fries were good as well. Pleasant surprise. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable! If I'm ever in the area, I'm definitely coming back. I may try to get some before my flight in 2 days.

The food here is delicious, the PR style tripleta and pantacon taste pretty good. That being said, they raised their price by 25% in a matter of a month. Averaging about $1.50-$2.00 each item . I know food prices have risen due to inflation but it does seem like a big leap and seems to be a little more pricier then I would like. Will I continue to eat at this place of business? Yes of course, but unfortunately not as often. Instead of 2x week, I now go 1 every 2 weeks. My motivation in cutting back is raised prices lol.. But definitely recommend the food. Customer service is lacking but I think it’s a cultural thing, don’t expect a smile with your order but that’s not a big deal. I was debating whether the raised prices equates to 3 or 4 stars, but I think 4 stars because of the taste of food is fair. Comida buena, pero lamentablemente han subido los precios por más de 25%. En vez de comer 2 veces a la semana, lo tengo que reducir a 1 ves cada 2 semanas jajaja. Pero la comida muy buena. El servicio necesita mejoramiento pero siempre he dicho que puede hacer algo cultural
