El Primo La Casa De Las Alcapurrias

This was my first visit, and I have to say the food was quite tasty, and the staff was extremely friendly and focused on customer service. However, I'm giving it a 3-star rating because it took over an hour for our food to arrive, and I found the prices to be a bit high compared to other restaurants in the area that serve similar dishes. Overall, the atmosphere is wonderful, and I would recommend this place, but they definitely need to improve on the speed of service. Just a heads up, there’s a 2% service charge for credit card payments and an automatic 18% service fee for parties of five or more.

8/18/23 Update: Today my husband and I were passing by and a young lady with short white hair not only forgot half of my order she charged us an additional $10 tip. My bank will be hearing about it, this is beyond unprofessional!! I will not be returning !! My husband and I stopped for a couple of snacks. There was a line but the food was fresh and they were efficient.

The food is delicious, featuring authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. The service was prompt. However, there isn't much of an atmosphere, as it's primarily a takeout place.

Wonderful place just wish they would make breakfast other than that I go here every time I'm in town

This restaurant is a great spot for a quick snack or meal. They offer affordable Hispanic cuisine. While there are times when the food has been sitting out for a while and may be a bit stale, other times it’s fantastic. The drink selection is excellent and diverse, and there are plenty of food choices available. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking to explore new Hispanic dishes, desserts, and snacks.
