Mcdonald's - Kissimmee

The food was incredibly fresh and arrived in just 20 minutes! I loved the quick delivery.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. Normally, I receive my food in under 20 minutes since it's just around the corner. I don't understand why a delivery driver from so far away decided to pick up my order because it took her over an hour to arrive. This was truly a terrible experience!

I always find that something is missing from every order I place. It never fails, regardless of the day—there's always an item left out.

The chicken was burnt semi in my Crispy Chicken McGriddle

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! The staff stole my money. They changed my order and only gave me back a dollar when I asked for a refund. I had initially paid in cash for two items, but then the employee tried to blame me for a missing item. I showed him the receipt proving I had already paid, but he took it and gave me a new one that only reflected a dollar refund. It's clear they have no integrity and don't treat their customers fairly.
