Mcdonald's - Kissimmee

VERY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF!! EXTREMELY IRRITATING. THE GIRL TAKING THE ORDER YELLS ? OH MY GOSH? WHEN I ASK A QUESTION! EXTREMELY BAD BEHAVIOR! NOT TRAINED TO TREAT CUSTOMERS RIGHT! HOW DO YOU EXPECT THEM TO MAKE YOU A DECENT (NOT SPIT ON FOOD. THIS BRANCHIS NOT A PLACE TO GO TO!!

Well, it was good, but the only problem was that the French pommes were old and not hot.

This was absolutely the worst experience we have ever had at any fast-food restaurants. Nearly 25 minutes on Halloween night waiting in a drive-thru to finally get to the pay window and another several minutes just to get to the pick-up window. The best of all was they had no idea what food we ordered. So the said please pull up to spot 3 and wait, not realizing someone was already waiting in that spot. As well as spots 1 and 2. After all this we finally said give us a refund and that seemed to have shocked them and this took at least 5 more minutes. Moral of this story is stay away from McDonald's if you are looking for fast food

Yesterday I went for just 1 ice cream cone Because the drive thru was busy and when I got inside there were like 3 people ahead of me and at 15 minutes waiting for a simple ice cream cone I got mad and went to the counter and ask for my order and while am talking to the cashier they skipped my order number! Really??? Never gonna stop on this place again.... Rather go to another one that knows what their doing...?
