Mcdonald's - Kissimmee

Most of the time, it was a decent service, but today I ordered two things and they pulled me into the second window to wait. 15 cars later served who ordered after me, and I finally waved the guy who gave them food and asked where mine is. I was completely forgotten to sit in this window and sit there for literally 25 minutes. Every time people have to park in the berths and wait for our food.

Placed a mobile order and literally waited 20 minutes until i decide to get down to find out happened to my order. The other drive thru orders and mobile orders were served before me even though i was parked before any of the cars had gone through the drive thru. When I walked in, it was complete chaos. It seemed like nobody knew what the were doing. The guys runningthe food out to the parkingblot were confused and had accidentally given multiple orders to the wrong people. The shift leader Natalia was rude, didnt listen, unapologetic and walked away from me while was still talking to her. My large fry was in reality a medium in quantity. And she shoved a coke in front of me as if to say here shut up and go all the while the employees around her were gaucking at me instead of working. Corporate will definitely be hearing from me .

Went there last night and they forgot most of my order. Didn?t realize till I was already home and wasn?t going to drive back another 20 minutes for their mistake. Don?t go here if you don?t want to get scammed out of your money.
